Exchanges and returns
Swap
When you register your return, you can exchange it for a different size of the same item for free. You will not pay any return costs. If you choose a different size, an order will automatically be created for you and the size will be reserved. As soon as we have received your return, your new order will be sent immediately.
Returns
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the item shows no signs of use and is in its original packaging. We kindly ask you to return the items in the original packaging and to reuse Marjon Snieders packaging materials to minimize waste. Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt and refunded to the account you used to pay.
Return costs
Returns are at your own expense. Use our returns portal to easily create your return. After filling in, you can download the return label and further process the return via a carrier of your choice. Keep your proof of delivery safe. You are responsible for the return shipment yourself and you can also choose whether or not to insure the shipment.
