Free returns?
Choose Store Credit and receive a free return label plus an extra €10.00 store credit! You will receive the credit, totaling your return amount + €10.00, via email after your return has been processed.
*Exchange for a different size?
When registering your return, you can exchange an item for a different size of the same item (and the same color) free of charge. If you choose a different color, this will be considered a new product and the exchange will not be free of charge.
If you select a different size, we will automatically create a new order and reserve the desired size. As soon as we receive your return, we will ship the new order immediately.
Returns and refunds?
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Please return the items preferably in their original packaging and reuse Marjon Snieders' packaging materials to minimize waste.
Upon receipt, we will process your return within 5 working days and refund the amount via the original payment method. The costs for the return shipment are for your own account.
Easily create your return via our returns portal. After filling it out, you can download a return label and choose a carrier yourself. Always keep your proof of shipment: you are responsible for the return and also decide whether you want to insure it.
