How can I contact Marjon Snieders customer service?

The WhatsApp number for customer service is +31 (0)6 83 97 70 45. You can contact us every day for questions about the collection, online shopping and styling advice. Even on Sundays we try to answer all questions until 5pm as soon as possible!

What are the customer service opening hours?

The webshop's customer service can be reached by phone on weekdays from 9:00 to 17:00. If you have any questions during the weekend, it is best to send a WhatsApp message to +31 (0)6 839 77 045. Our colleagues from the store always respond as quickly as possible!

All about the ordering process

How do I place an order?

Select your desired item, size and color and click on "add to cart". Then you can complete your order or choose "continue shopping".

How do I know if my order has been received?

You will receive an order confirmation by email. Make sure you enter the correct email address so you don't miss any important information.

Can I have my order sent to a different address?

Yes, during the ordering process you can specify a different delivery address than the billing address.

Which carrier will ship my order?

We ship within the Netherlands and Europe with UPS. We recommend creating an account with UPS MyChoice to track your package. You can also choose to pick up your order in our store in Roermond. You will then receive a message from us when the order is ready for you in the store (usually within 4 hours)

When will my order be delivered?

If you order on workdays before 2:00 PM, your package will be delivered within 1-3 workdays. If you order after 2:00 PM or on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the package will usually be delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday.

How can I track the status of my order?

You can track the status of your order via your personal account. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code by email to track the package via UPS.

What is the delivery time to a foreign delivery address?

For orders to Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany, the delivery time is often the same as within the Netherlands. For other European countries, the delivery time is usually 5 working days. You can track the status via UPS.

How will my order be delivered?

UPS will offer your package twice. If you are not home, the driver will try to find a safe place to leave the package. If this is not possible, the package will be delivered to a UPS Accesspoint.

Do I need to create an account to order?

No, you can choose whether or not to register your details during your first order. You can also order without registration. However, creating an account offers advantages, such as:

  • Quick login
  • Insight into your current orders
  • Easily change your address details, payment and delivery preferences
  • Personal wish list with favorite products
  • Access to loyalty program
How do I create an account?

Click on "Login" or "My
account" (top right in the webshop).

Enter your email address on the login page (you do not need to enter a password).

Instead of a password, you will see "Send
a login code"

. We will send you a one-time code
(usually a 6-digit code) to your email address or mobile number .

Once you receive the code (via email or
SMS), enter this in the field provided on the login page.

If you enter the code correctly, you will get access
to your account (without needing a password!)

I forgot my code. What should I do?

We work with logging into your account with a one-time code, so you will receive a new code via text message or email every time you want to log in.

Our promise for quality

What warranty applies to items?

At Marjon Snieders, service and quality come first. If you are not satisfied with the quality of a product, you can contact our customer service. The best way to do this is to send an email to klantenservice@marjonsnieders.nl with a description of your complaint and preferably a number of clear photos of the complaint. We will then contact you as soon as possible and look for a solution together.

What is the warranty on the SALE items?

The guarantee for SALE items is the same as for all other items in our collection. Quality has nothing to do with whether an item is in the SALE. For questions you can always contact our customer service by email klantenservice@marjonsnieders.nl

Returns

Information about returns and exchanges

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, you can exchange the same item for a different size. You can indicate this when creating your return shipment via our webshop. At the bottom of the webshop, under Customer Service, you will see the link Exchange and Return. This clearly explains how to register a return online via our webshop. After choosing the exchange option, a new order will automatically be created for you and the new size will be reserved for you. As soon as we have received the return shipment, your new order will be shipped immediately. No return costs will be charged for exchanging an item in a different size.

Within what period can I return an item?

Exchanges or returns are possible within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item shows no signs of use and is in its original packaging.

Are there any charges for exchanging an item?

Exchanging the same item for a different size is free of charge.

How can I return an item?

You must register a return online via this link Exchanges and Returns on our webshop Returns can be made within 14 days of receipt. We expect shoes to be returned in the original box. Reuse Marjon Snieders' packaging materials to reduce waste.

Are there any charges for returns?

The costs for returning are at your own expense. You can choose a carrier of your choice via our returns portal and, if desired, insure the shipment. Always keep a receipt because you are responsible for the return shipment yourself!

How will my return be refunded?

After receiving the returned item, we will refund the amount within 10 working days (usually faster) to the payment method you used.

Can I track my return shipment?

When returning, you will receive a shipping receipt with a track & trace code. This allows you to track the return shipment via the carrier's website. Keep this receipt safe. You are responsible for the return shipment yourself.

How quickly will my refund be processed?

The refund will be processed within 10 business days (usually faster) once the returned item has been received according to the terms.

Will shipping costs be refunded?

With us you pay no shipping costs within the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg. For orders up to € 150.00 you do pay shipping costs. For a standard shipment the shipping costs are € 7.50. If you return the entire order, any paid shipping costs will also be refunded. If you have opted for faster shipping (Express) with associated costs, these will not be refunded in the event of a return shipment.

What happens if I paid with Riverty (formerly Afterpay)?

When paying via Riverty, the outstanding invoice will be cancelled or adjusted at Riverty.

What payment methods are available?

You can pay safely with: iDEAL, Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Riverty (pay after receiving the order)

What is a Card Verification Code (CVC)?

The CVC is a 3-digit code that you will find on the back of your credit card, where your signature is.

What is Riverty?

Riverty (formerly Afterpay) offers the possibility to pay for your order afterwards. You will receive an invoice and can make the payment within 14 days. This way you can first receive and view your products before you pay.

Is online payment safe?

Yes, we use secure payment systems. Payments are processed via Shopify payments and Riverty is processed via the payment provider PAY. which meet the highest security standards.

How quickly are orders delivered when paying via iDeal?

Orders will be delivered within 1-3 business days.

What is the delivery time for orders paid with American Express?

Orders will be delivered within 1-3 business days.

Is the delivery time different when paying by credit card (Visa, Mastercard)?

No, the delivery time is the same as with iDeal: within 1-3 working days.

How long does delivery take when paying via Riverty?

Delivery via the selected payment method Riverty (pay afterwards) also takes 1-3 working days. If the completion of an order via Riverty has not been successful, you as a customer must contact Riverty yourself. We have no influence on this.

What are the store's opening hours?

The store is open Monday from 1pm to 6pm, Tuesday through Friday from 10am to 6pm, Saturday from 10am to 5pm, and Sunday from 12pm to 5pm.

Can I also pick up my order in the store?

Yes, you can pick up your online ordered items in the store. You can indicate this during your order at the checkout. You will then receive a message from us when the order is ready for you in our store (usually within 4 hours).
