Can I exchange an item?
We try to display the products as good and clear as possible in our shop by means of professional photography and by supplementing the article with an honest and comprehensive description. Despite this, it can happen that on closer inspection you prefer to exchange an item for a different size or color. Exchange is possible within 14 days after receipt of the order, provided that the article does not show any signs of use. We expect shoes to be in an undamaged and original shoe box. We prefer to reuse the packaging materials of Marjon Snieders, this way we all contribute to minimizing waste materials.

We prefer to reuse the packaging materials of Marjon Snieders, this way we all contribute to minimizing waste materials.
Will there be a charge for exchanging an item?
Exchanging an article for another size or color is free of charge. Only for the exchange of sale- and discounted items we charge € 6.95 shipping costs. These will be settled with the outstanding invoice or, when using IDEAL, charged afterwards.
How can I return an item?

Despite this, it may happen that you prefer to return an item on closer inspection. Returns are possible within 14 days after receipt of the order, provided that the article shows no signs of use. We expect shoes to be in an undamaged and original shoe box. We prefer to reuse the packaging materials of Marjon Snieders, this way we all contribute to minimizing waste materials.

Will there be a charge for returning an item?
We do not charge a return fee within the Netherlands and Belgium for all non-priced items. For sale and discounted items and articles we charge € 6.95 return costs within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
Please note! If you return the entire order you will receive the purchase amount including any shipping costs charged back. If you return a part of the order, only the purchase amount of the article will be refunded and the shipping costs will be for the account of the customer.
Reimbursement of my return
As soon as we have received the returned article according to the terms and conditions, we will refund the amount due on average that same (work) day (minus any shipping costs for Sale and discounted articles). For this purpose we use the bank details with which the payment was originally completed. Payments by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) are also refunded via the credit card company for security reasons. Did you pay with PayPal, Afterpay or Klarna? Then we will cancel or adjust the outstanding invoice with the payment partner in question.
Can I track my return?
When dropping off your return package you will receive a shipping receipt from your carrier with a track&trace code on it (in our case from UPS). By means of this code you can track your return on the website of the carrier in question.
